We Have Moved, What’s News & Property to Let!

We have moved to Unit P5, Capital Business Park, Parkway, Cardiff, CF3 2PU. Our contact details remain the same and it’s business as usual – we’re only 12 minutes drive away from Clive Road.
We are delighted to announce that Waffles (the cafe next door to our old premises) will be stocking our freshly prepared frozen ej@home range for our local customers. Please buy directly from them. We will also stock frozen meals at our new premises.
Here is our regular menu, your favourites, available from tomorrow:

Snippet of Information – if you are looking for accommodation, our old property at Clive Road has been converted into a neat little first floor one bedroom flat and the downstairs has the potential for shop/gallery/studio space. If you are interested, please give us a ring.

Glanusk Estate – Polo Event – 9th July 2011

It is with great pleasure to announce that we will be catering, once again, for this year’s prestigious International Polo Match between Wales and Ireland at Glanusk Estate. The event this year has an improved layout and post Polo evening party featuring DJ’s and garden area and plenty of bars! Those who book private boxes may enjoy their box until the close of the event.

Menu of the Week – Christmas Made Easy!

Here is our menu to suit anyone fearing cooking that turkey; Christmas should be a fun day for everyone! The menu will be ready for collection between 11.00 am and Noon on Christmas Eve at 65 Clive Road. Nathan, Bethan or Emma will talk you through reheating. The menu is designed to be as easy as possible for you, let us do the work; you enjoy your family…
Orders in by lunch time on Wednesday 22nd December please. You can order some or all of the menu, you choose.

Chestnut mushroom and thyme soup with garlic croutons or
Lobster and prawn mousse wrapped in local smoked salmon with a lemon and chive dressing
Main Course
Free range breast of turkey with a ballotine of turkey leg, with wrapped chipolatas and a walnut and sage stuffing or
V – Wild mushroom and spinach tartlet with salsa verde

The best crispy roast potatoes and parsnip mash, gleaming glazed young carrots, braised red cabbage and Brussels sprouts tossed in pine kernels and cream

We are very proud and excited to be catering for the True Taste Awards 2010 on Thursday evening at Brithdir Hall near Haverdford West. We shall be feeding over 500 of the nation’s best food suppliers! This week’s menu has been based on using ingredients from some of those award winning Welsh suppliers. Enjoy!

As we have grown we have reacted to our clients’ needs and hope our new system will work better for you. We offer better quality, seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers and preservative free fine dining. It’s our upmarket takeaway service. Orders must be received by 4.00pm on a Thursday for collection on a Friday between 3.00-5.00 pm.
