Many thanks for a magnificent evening. Everything about it was superb – the efficiency, the service, the food, the cleaning up and the manner in which all was done. We had many compliments from our guests – one wrote to us afterwards mentioning “terrific food, delightful service by smiling women who were not only there when needed but also invisible when not needed … we both enjoyed every minute of it” – and there were similar comments from others. I know too that Angela was characteristically anxious before the event but that her anxiety evaporated the moment the first guests arrived and the glasses of Prosecco magically appeared! Just got back. The wedding went very well, people were telling me it was the best wedding they had been to. Something that had been repeatedly mentioned all day was the quality of the food and the quality of the staff. You all excelled yourselves, your people were amazing, very professional, they came in and got on with it. I didn't realise how much would be made on site, I imagined it all being packed in a van and brought over. The staff, wow, everyone commented on how professional the young girls were. They waited for people to pass, were concentrated on their duties. It was the best meal I have ever eaten, I want to eat it over and over again!
