A la Carte Menu

Our A la Carte menus bring fine dining into your office or own home, thereby guaranteeing a comfortable, hassle-free and private experience.

Our menus are written seasonally by myself and Nathan (Head Chef) and reflect a modern creative touch. It is an opportunity for us to express a new style, research a new supplier or product, and because the numbers are often small for these events (from eight upwards) we are not restricted in any way.

The team for an A la Carte fine dining lunch or supper will consist of a Chef and experienced waiter/s. We will lay the table, open the wines, take coats, serve canapés and reception drinks, then serve the meal efficiently and discreetly. We’ll also make sure we leave the kitchen at least as tidy as we found it!

At ej catering we have a good wine list and can ‘tailor’ wines to suit different menus. We are also happy to serve your own wines if you prefer. Cutlery, crockery, glasses, white linen and flowers can all easily be arranged for you as required.
