Buffets
Freshly baked, hand cut, filled, sliced or piped, our buffets at ej Catering focus on fresh flavour, seasonal ingredients and are completely homemade – not a bought-in product or crisp in sight!
We serve our buffets on white china platters and can supply 8 or 10in plates and green napkins for eating. Juice and or Welsh water is easily added. We will deliver within the hour prior to the buffet being required and collect the platters the following morning.
Our dark chocolate brownies are legendary, one PA e mailed to tell us that they turn the directors into little boys! Our free range pork and apple sausage rolls straight from the oven with crisp French puff pastry can be fought over and the fillet of Welsh beef on toasted brioche is so popular it has been on our menus for nearly 10 years – that is standing the test of time!
