Wedding Canapés

These delicate nibbles look both delicious and eye-catching on a platter. The flavours are received as a single mouthful blast and are easy to eat with one hand. They are presented on sheets of glass, square wooden plates, white china flats, Andalusian dishes and even Astroturf when appropriate. I like to garnish with fresh flowers – simple but beautiful!
