Hi Emma

 I just wanted to email you all at EJ,and let you know what a fabulous job you all did for us!

All I can say is WOW to the food. Everything was amazing and I heard from everyone the canapés and mains were just perfect and the chocolate brownie in particular was stunning. The buffet was eaten up in one swoop, I also heard. One of the best decisions I have made in this process was choosing you as our caterers.

 An extra special thank you to Gail. We really could not have done it without her. She was like an angel sent down from heaven and nothing was too small or big to ask of her. You have a winner there.

 I hope our guests were not to rowdy for you. We are all drinkers – although I wish I did not drink as much as I did as I wanted to relish every moment.

 Neil – you were also a pleasure to deal with.

 Emma- thank you for keeping me calm and reassuring me, it would all go without a hitch. You were right.

 We lost a few cards and gifts along the way. If you could shed any light on anything in this area, we would be very grateful.

Just wanted to let you know what a huge hit your food and great service was last Thursday!

The menu was spot on – the salt and pepper chilli squid was amazing and I heard many favourable comments throughout the evening.about the other dishes.

The service was great, glasses were kept appropriately filled and the red and white on each table worked really well.

Can I just say a massive thank you to Nathan, Gail and Joe and of course yourself for all your help on the lead up to the night, for making Lucy’s 21^st ‘canapés and champagne’ birthday party so special.  The food was absolutely gorgeous and all the guests have commented on the quality of the food and the attention that the team gave to each and every one of them ensuring all their glasses were topped up and that everyone, including the children, had enough to eat – everybody had a thoroughly enjoyable night and your team helped to make it ‘special’ and a night to remember for Lucy – thank you.

Thanks for the e-mail. The party was a huge success , the birthday girl and all her friends were delighted and very impressed. I must say that the chef and waiting staff were exceptional and the food was awesome.

Thank you so much for all you did for my birthday lunch. The food was wonderful and the staff so good. This made the whole event memorable and enjoyable. All my friends said it was the best event they had attended. One couple had been to Raymond Blanc’s country house for a wedding annniversary and they said several times that the lunch was much much better. How about that………

Dear Emma, First of all a massive THANK YOU and huge CONGRATULATIONS on not just ONE but TWO fantastic dos on Saturday night.  The kids all said how brilliant the food was and how much they enjoyed it.  As for the adult dinner party, well it was all thoroughly delicious!!  The scallops were fab – my favourite – and loved the guinea fowl too!  The beef eaters were all thrilled and the cheese eaters too.  All fab food = thank you so much!

Anyway a great success so many many thanks to you for doing such a marvellous dinner party for us, to Beth and the team over in the Coach House for a great time over there, and of course to Dave and Gail for fantastic – as ever! – service over here.  Well done all!

Thank you for providing such a wealth of good quality food. Everyone we have spoken to compliments the quality of the meals that you made and couldn’t believe that it was being prepared ‘on site’.

The beef was beautiful and tender and the individual sticky toffee puddings were ideal. I believe that Greg enjoyed his ‘seconds’ as he is definitely a ‘meat and no veg’ man.

The evening spread of meats and cheeses with salad and pickle was just as good and the individual little apple tarts were exceptional.

The provision of unlimited tea and coffee was a touch that many appreciated as we know there were some non-drinkers in the party.

Could we also add our thanks and compliment the serving staff who were polite, efficient and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Really pleased with how our little event turned out – the catering and your staff were brilliant – so professional and helpful, our Board have been here this morning saying how great your team were and they loved the food, we were a bit disappointed that there wasn’t anything left this morning!!
