Praise – Brides, Private & Corporate Clients
May I thank you and your team for providing us with an exceptional buffet for our Chevaliers Bretvins Summer Garden Party. Thankfully we found a window in this awful recent weather such that the sun shone all day. The dishes you prepared were excellent and thank you for your generous cheese plates. I was a little concerned about qualities knowing how ravenous our mob can be. I need not have worried. Not even they could totally clear their plates. How ideal to have such good quality food in sufficient quantities. The menu cards were a nice little touch and hopefully will guide further business in your direction. You certainly deserve it. We also wanted to thank you for your part in making our wedding so special, It was perfect for us, and even though it is a cliché, it was the best day of our lives. We really appreciated the time you took to plan our menu carefully – it really reflected our tastes and was exactly the type of food we love to eat. All of our guests commented on the high quality and flavours of the food – we even recommended you to friends, who were slightly disappointed when they realised you were Welsh and not from London! Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for all your help in organising our wedding on 10th July. Your organisation, culinary expertise in a field and, more importantly, patience, are outstanding! I was going to call you to say how great the team was, as usual!!. Harry and staff did an excellent job and there were loads of complements about the food. From my part the best part is that as soon as you arrive I can completely relax knowing its all sorted. Ej catering provides such professional service I would happily recommend you to anyone. Thanks again for all you and your team did at the Fusion event on 23rd June. All our guests and in particular the Directors at Robert Hitchins and Fusion Point were delighted with the food – they said it’s the best they had eaten at a catered event. Bride and groom now left for the US
and we are all trying to come back down to earth. We had a great day and Emma and her team came up trumps! Everyone was very impressed by the high standard of the meal and the friendly and efficient service. The very welcome hot spiced cider went down extremely well after coming in from the cold. The appetisers were superb and plentiful- the sausages & mash – went down a wow! Risotto was lush- and everyone enjoyed the carving of the lamb- think the male “I’ll do the BBQ attitude” kicked in and it was a great ice-breaker. The lamb was delicious ……and those roast potatoes…yummy. All the waitresses and bar staff were very attentive and friendly. We have had sooo many compliments about the catering- think the marquee man took your details as he reckons that he has problems recommending anyone locally so I wouldn’t be at all surprised if you have to make your way back down the M4 again soon – hopefully not in the snow! I would like to formally thank you and your team for all the hard work that was put into making the True Taste Food and Drink Awards ceremony such a success. It was a great evening and I have had many compliments on your food, as well as the service on the evening. It was not an easy task and in difficult circumstances but you coped admirably! In particular I would like to thank you for your attention to detail, patience and dedication to the project, including your efficient responses to all our queries. I hope that you enjoyed the experience of working on the True Taste Awards project, and I hope that we will be able to work together again in the future.
